I'm a singer, but more importantly, I'm a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, and a father. Years ago, I had an experience that changed the way I see my musical gifts. I came to understand that my voice wasn’t given to me for my own gratification or praise—it was meant to bring joy to others and to help lift hearts toward God.

The most important things in my life are my love for the Savior, my love for my family, and music. I've seen how music reaches my sons in ways that words just can’t. From the time they were babies, it’s spoken to them deeply—and that’s why I do it.

Music can be a powerful spiritual tool, not just a form of entertainment. I don’t pretend that I can change the whole world with a song. But I do hope that when I sing, people can feel my love for Jesus Christ—and that my example helps my boys, and maybe others too, grow their own faith.
